We are currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This is a full time role with a varied and hands on range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office and trade showroom
  • Managing the flow of people coming in and out of the office
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing emails
  • Managing phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Building strong relationships through regular face to face interaction with clients
  • Supporting and helping grow the online side of the business
  • Attending exhibitions and meeting clients in person
  • Delivering excellent customer service to drive sales
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in an office environment
  • Strong background in management and sales with a proven track record
  • Confident dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
  • Highly organised with strong time management skillsExcellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Ambitious and hardworking
