We are currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This is a full time role with a varied and hands on range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing the day to day running of the office and trade showroom
- Managing the flow of people coming in and out of the office
- Handling all incoming and outgoing emails
- Managing phone calls and customer enquiries
- Building strong relationships through regular face to face interaction with clients
- Supporting and helping grow the online side of the business
- Attending exhibitions and meeting clients in person
- Delivering excellent customer service to drive sales
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in an office environment
- Strong background in management and sales with a proven track record
- Confident dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
- Highly organised with strong time management skillsExcellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Ambitious and hardworking
This is a full time position based in Hatton Garden.
