Office Administration

A corporate company based in central Bracknell is seeking a capable candidate to work as an Office Co-Ordinator.
Your new role
Administrative Support

  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Staff Coordination
  • Supporting onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining staff records and contact lists
  • Coordinating internal communications and announcements

Office Management
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues
  • Managing meeting rooms and shared spaces

Technology & Systems
  • Assisting with IT support or coordinating with IT teams
  • Managing office software and tools (e.g., calendars, booking systems)
Event Planning
  • Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions
  • Coordinating logistics for company functions or team-building activities
