Your new role
Administrative Support
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Supporting onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining staff records and contact lists
- Coordinating internal communications and announcements
Office Management
- Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
- Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues
- Managing meeting rooms and shared spaces
Technology & Systems
- Assisting with IT support or coordinating with IT teams
- Managing office software and tools (e.g., calendars, booking systems)
- Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions
- Coordinating logistics for company functions or team-building activities
