Salary: £55,000 + 10% bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our small service in Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in nursing and a deep understanding of dementia care, palliative and nursing. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home's operation, ensuring high-quality care for residents, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting continuous development and a high standard of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, with a focus on dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain financial stability.
- Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within the facility.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Significant experience in nursing home management.
- Expertise in dementia care and best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
