What We're Looking For

• Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - NMC PIN required
• Experienced in managing nursing homes, with a strong understanding of compliance, clinical governance, and person-centred care
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful home management, including positive inspection results and consistent occupancy
• A confident leader who can motivate and inspire teams
