About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our well-established care home in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for all residents
• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent inspection outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
