NURSERY ROOM LEADER

Location: Daisy Fays, Carnon Downs, Truro TR3 6JG.

Your Role

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Create engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Build strong relationships with families and act as a key point of contact within the room
• Support, coach and mentor practitioners to achieve their full potential
• Monitor children's progress and ensure high-quality learning opportunities are provided
• Champion safeguarding, child welfare and health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and wider team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or EYTS equivalent desirable)
• Previous experience within an Early Years setting, ideally in a senior practitioner or Room Leader role
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A supportive and nurturing leadership style
• Passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families
• Ability to motivate and inspire others within a close-knit team
