A great opportunity has arisen in Farnborough with our Clients in their 60 plus place setting, for an experienced Nursery pre-school room leader, working a 40 hr week salary is c£32,500 depending on experience, with fantastic benefits with this growing provider.

Requirements

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
