Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a Head of Drama for an ambitious secondary school in South East London, starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will lead the development of a dynamic Drama curriculum and foster a vibrant performing arts community within the school.

Ideal candidates will possess Qualified Teacher Status with experience across KS3-5, alongside a proven record of enhancing student engagement and achievement in Drama. Competitive salary of £40,389 to £62,560 plus Inner London Weighting and TLR2A (£3,527) is offered.
