About our Clients

Based in Hitchin our clients 100 plus place setting are now looking for an experienced Nursery Room leader to support their busy Toddler Room. A 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with great benefits, onsite parking and on good transport links.

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children's development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
