Based in Langley, Berkshire our clients very busy Nursery is now looking for a Third in Charge / Nursery Room Leader to join their management team. Salary is c£32k depending on experience, plus great benefits and opportunities to progress further in this growing Company.

Requirements What are Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
