Responsibilities

• Create a stimulating age appropriate environment for children.
• Observe, assess, and plan activities according to individual needs and EYFS standards.
• Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Level 3 or above in Childcare Education (T Level or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Passion for creating fun, engaging, and nurturing environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and understanding of children's individual needs.
• Must complete an enhanced DBS.
