We're Hiring Because tiny humans need you (and honestly, so do we) Do you love working with children in the early years? Are you prepared to have endless fun, embrace messy moments, and perhaps read a ten page story upside down-with at least four interruptions per page? If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Responsibilities- Create a stimulating age appropriate environment for children.
- Observe, assess, and plan activities according to individual needs and EYFS standards.
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Level 3 or above in Childcare Education (T Level or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Passion for creating fun, engaging, and nurturing environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and understanding of children's individual needs.
- Must complete an enhanced DBS.
