Job Description:At Caring Kindergartens, children are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for a strong Nursery Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves inspiring and leading our staff to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring each child receives the best start in life.

- Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff;
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment;
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training;
- Oversee staff performance and professional development;
- Ensure effective communication and a team-oriented culture;
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children;
- Oversee curriculum planning and delivery tailored to individual needs;
- Monitor and support children's development;
- Promote wellbeing, safety, and emotional development;
- Ensure safeguarding policies are followed;
- Manage the nursery's budget and resources;
- Oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance;
- Ensure the nursery is well-equipped and resourced.

- Level 3 childcare qualification recognized by the DfE;
- Good understanding of the EYFS;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Understanding of safeguarding practices;
- Previous experience in early years childcare;
- Cleared DBS check;
- Ability to extend children's learning through quality activities;
- Strong communication skills;
- Commitment to reflective practice and self-development.
