Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured numeracy intervention sessions to identified students
- Support learners with gaps in foundational maths skills
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align interventions with classroom learning
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
- Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum
- Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring)
- The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students
- Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Maths, Education, or equivalent) is desirable
