Are you a proactive and motivated professional looking for a rewarding part time role? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Medical and NMAHP Business Support Unit at NHS Grampian, working 32 hours per week in a Band 5 position.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the delivery of high quality systems development, management and implementation, committee and meeting administration and secretarial services. You will work closely with senior staff responsible for the governance and strategic oversight of services across NHS Grampian.
Qualifications & RequirementsWe are seeking someone with the ability to exercise discretion, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. You should have experience of dealing with competing demands and managing issues that impact on business matters.
Additional InformationThe post holder will work as part of the Medical and NMAHP Business Support Unit and provide cross cover during periods of leave.
