NPD Manager

NPD Manager - £60K-£70K + Great Benefits - Hybrid (Based North East UK) - Retail/Beauty

This position will consider London candidates that are comfortable with travelling up North to the office x2 per month!

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the product development life cycle

Research market and competitor trends to advise the Founder on the best next move and/or product to launch

Work across the wider creative and marketing teams to develop the packaging to target objectives and brand visibility

Manage the relationship with the supplier and ensure end-to-end is successful

Direct responsibility of the cycle of each product for the brand from concept - launch - formulation - packaging - supplier - performance analysis

Skills & Experience

Ideally from the beauty industry (advantageous to have hair market knowledge)

We are looking for someone with both a creative and data driven to drive new product launches

Work closely with the Founder and have strong communication to take the brand on a journey

Strong end-to-end product development from concept to launch

Be comfortable wearing multiple hats and being a 'team player' to drive the brand forward

Advantageous to have experience across B2B and B2C within the beauty market
