About the Role

A large, complex service-led organisation is looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Consultant to lead a project focused on reducing staff attrition and improving long-term workforce stability. This is a strategic, delivery-focused role requiring someone who has operated at a senior level and has demonstrable evidence of running retention and recruitment-related transformation projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design of workforce retention strategies across high-volume service teams

  • Diagnose root causes of attrition using data, interviews, engagement insights and operational inputs

  • Develop scalable, evidence-based solutions that reduce turnover and improve long-term employee welfare

  • Implement practical interventions that can be adopted by operational, HR and leadership teams

  • Work closely with People, Operations, Transformation, Finance and Leadership stakeholders

  • Build clear frameworks, models and playbooks that can be replicated and scaled across teams

  • Track, measure and report the impact of retention initiatives (eg, turnover reduction, stability improvements, cost savings)

  • Act as senior project manager - owning timelines, delivery, governance and stakeholder communication

  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, recruitment processes, retention risk and employee experience

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering staff-retention or attrition-reduction projects

  • Background: improving employee welfare and workforce stability

  • Experience designing solutions that help organisations scale

  • Senior-level strategic capability with hands-on delivery skills

  • Strong stakeholder management across People, Ops and Leadership

  • Confident project manager able to lead a multi-team work stream
