Non-Exec Board Director at Advertising Technology

I am working with a $100M ARR Advertising Technology business who are looking for a Non-Exec Board Director to help them move to the next stage in their growth.

This role will require around 4 weeks per year commitment.

The Company

• 200% revenue growth in 2025
• Targeting X10 revenue growth on a global scale

• Global Offices

The Role

• Work with CEO and other Board members to strengthen company's position as a leader in ML driven programmatic technology
• Help drive excellence across market dynamics, strategy, growth and retention, ML optimisation, partners growth, competition analysis
• Attend quarterly board meetings
• Support company with relevant industry connections

Desired skills & Experience

• A senior executive from the performance advertising or performance marketing technology space
• Background at C-Level with $100M + ARR ad technology business
