Senior Scrum Master - 6 months - Start ASAP - Bulgaria

For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master - Digital Workplace Modernization Program. The main task is to support the customer in delivering and coordinating the Digital Workplace modernization using Agile methodologies.

Tasks:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile delivery while ensuring sprint progress and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and proactively track, follow up, and remove blockers across all workstreams
• Ensure transparency of delivery status, manage risks, and align execution with program goals

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT environments, ideally within Digital Workplace or infrastructure programs
• Solid knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Active Directory/GPO, M365, and multi-device environments (Windows, Mac, Android)
• Proven leadership, coordination, and communication skills with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
