Nightshift Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager for our Colwick store. The role leads overnight replenishment, coordinates warehouse and shelf replenishment, and runs shifts ensuring readiness for the morning.

You will oversee performance, scheduling and safety of colleagues while maintaining high standards for a top quality customer experience. The position is permanent and full-time, with a £4,500 night-shift premium on top of the base salary.
