Online Store Operations Manager

ASDA is seeking an Online Manager to lead our in-store online operation. You'll keep vans on the road, engage the team, and ensure customers are served with pride and heart. Your role includes managing the online shrink agenda and resource planning to sustain high picking accuracy.

You'll drive trading activity on the shopfloor, improve availability, and lead a resilient team through change, supporting development and delivering consistent results.
