Summary

As a Night Supervisor at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of guest service and overseeing hotel operations while providing leadership to the night team.

Responsibilities

Supervise night operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage front desk activities, including check-ins and check-outs during night hours.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the hotel premises.
Lead and support the night team, fostering a positive working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to maintain quality standards.
Prepare reports on nightly activities and communicate relevant information to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset but not mandatory.
