Night Shift Production Operator - Training & Growth

INDTECH in Royston is seeking a Night Shift Operative for a permanent, full-time role with training provided. You will follow production instructions, measure and assemble insulation products, and work as part of a team to hit targets while maintaining safety and quality.

The ideal candidate is practical, reliable and punctual, with a hands-on mindset and an eagerness to learn. Previous experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.
