Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decision
- Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hotel during the night
- Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests' expectations
- Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
- Delivery departmental performance and standards
- A strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communicator at all levels and have good commercial awareness
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
- Be flexible in their approach and have a positive attitude
