Night Manager- Hotel Templeton Garden

Responsibilities

• Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decision
• Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hotel during the night
• Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests' expectations
• Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
• Delivery departmental performance and standards

Qualifications

• A strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communicator at all levels and have good commercial awareness
• Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
• Be flexible in their approach and have a positive attitude
