Night Highways Operator: Training, Overtime & Progression

eRecruitSmart is recruiting Highways Operatives to join our highways vegetation team. You'll work across the UK, primarily at night, cutting grass and clearing vegetation to keep road users safe and maintain traffic flow.

No previous experience is required and full training is provided. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. The role offers guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, overtime and a night-shift bonus, plus PPE, progression opportunities and long-term employment.
