Driver Training & Development Lead

Ember Core Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced learning and development specialist to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of Ember's driver training and development programmes.

Working closely with the Operations team across Scotland, you will create structured learning programmes that support drivers from induction to ongoing professional development, remedial coaching and leadership support, while building internal capability and ensuring consistent standards.
