Our client stands head & shoulders above it's competition across the New Homes market, successfully selling and managing relationships across some of the most desirable New Homes & Developments for the last 20 years.Due to a better than expected 2025 market, fuelled by Overseas markets, they are looking to grow their New Homes broker team in Central London.They are looking for Candidates who have a proven track record in either Residential Sales or New Homes, ideally with off-plan expertise.You will be working alongside a very successful team, with over 3,000 available properties to sell.Package:£35,000 basic salary10-20% commissionAdditional Bonuses £75,000-£85,000 OTEThis role is an immediate hire, with the client looking to onboard within Q1 of 2025.
