Salary: £30,000 Basic - £50,000 OTE

Location: Sheffield

Working Pattern: Hybrid (One Day Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through proactive telesales efforts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation - Conduct outbound old sales calls and prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Door knocking to new and upcoming businesses
• Target driven

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales , preferably in the UK B2B market.
• Strong communication/negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Driving License
