Job Description
Working mainly in the Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Berkshire area, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and scheduled servicing on all types of mobility equipment. You will also be required to install new stairlift, hoists and through floor lifts
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and enthusiastic and have the ability to demonstrate a high standard of workmanship whilst working with minimum supervision. A vehicle will be provided therefore a valid driving licence will always be essential to the role
Duties:
The installation, delivery and provision of all types of mobility equipment to client's homes.
Completion of repairs, both reactive and preventative, on all types and manufacturer of mobility equipment.
Respect and understand the needs of our client base
Work in a clean, tidy and responsible manor
Some retail cover in the mobility shop
Participate in our 24 hr call out rota covering the whole of our region.
You will be able to work on your own with minimum supervision.
Salary will be dependent on experience
Qualifications:
Ideally, 3 years mobility industry experience, full training will be given otherwise
Or
Be qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in an engineering subject and have experience in the maintenance/call out on equipment in private homes or institutes
