Neurodevelopmental Wellbeing Practitioner - Part-Time

Onside Advocacy, operating as ONSIDE in Herefordshire, seeks a Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner for a 25-hour-per-week role in Hereford. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering ND services for children, young people and families, in homes, hubs and community venues.

The role focuses on neurodivergence-affirming, person-centred support, collaboration with education, health and social care partners, and delivering practical and emotional wellbeing
