Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and support robust, scalable, and secure network infrastructure across global environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies, cloud connectivity, and routing protocols, with a focus on performance, availability, and business continuity.
Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Design & Implementation
Design, deploy, and manage global WAN and SD-WAN architectures to ensure scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency.
Implement advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across complex network topologies.
Manage enterprise Wi-Fi networks and optimize wireless performance.
Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity
Establish and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Configure cloud networking components including VPCs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect.
Integrate cloud services with enterprise networks, ensuring security and reliability.
Traffic Management & Optimization
Define and implement QoS policies to prioritize critical application traffic (VoIP, video, business systems).
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to latency, packet loss, and bandwidth utilization.
Operations & Monitoring
Maintain network uptime, performance, and compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
Configure monitoring tools and support HA and disaster recovery strategies.
Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work with cross-functional teams and global peers to support infrastructure projects and operations.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, topologies, and policies.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Experience:
6-10 years in network engineering roles within enterprise-scale environments.
Proven experience with global WAN management and SD-WAN deployments.
Hands-on experience with cloud networking (Azure/AWS) and hybrid architectures.
Experience supporting distributed teams and infrastructure across multiple regions.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Arista, Brocade)
Expertise in SD-WAN solutions (e.g., CATO, Palo Alto, Silver Peak).
Strong background in QoS configuration, traffic shaping, and network performance tuning.
Familiarity with network security tools and protocols (IPsec, SSL, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
Proficient in network monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Scrutinizer).
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred certifications: CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate.
