About The Role This is an exciting role in the Global outlet execution team which is dedicated to driving innovation, commercial excellence, and the adoption of cutting-edge solutions across the organisation. The NBA Foundation Business Analyst will be responsible for scaling and unlocking new capabilities from Haleon's latest commercial technologies, including Customer Data Foundations, Next Best Action (NBA), and future CRM improvements. The role will treat data as a product, designing and unlocking new capabilities in collaboration with the Global NBA Business Owner, Global CRM & IR Business Lead and broader Pharmacy transformation team and BU Commercial teams. This role will ensure Haleon commercial teams are fully enabled with industry-leading analytics, automation, and tracking tools. Key Responsibilities Scale up Next Best Action Segmentation capabilities by developing a Global segmentation tool that can be leveraged by "Data light" and Pre-Next Best action deployment markets Collaborate with the PH Transformation team and Haleon Sales force effectiveness tech & data teams to develop Rep Call objectives prioritisation capabilities, support effective call planning and targeted store execution strategies Collaborate, with the PH Transformation team, to create a productivity framework that enables global tracking of Sales Force effectives. This would also involve working with key Data owners such as the Customer Data Foundations assets team (CDF) to drive global and scalable capabilities. Bridge global and market teams with Tech & Data teams, creating a prioritised, sustainable, and accessible productivity and NBA foundations roadmap. Scaling impact of new data set.s e.g. Global socio demographic data Advocate and drive best practice data handling and usage for productivity and NBA assets, in collaboration with Sales Force excellence, BU/market Data Stewards, and other GTM teams. Including + Prioritise features and enhancements based on demand, feedback, and business priority. + Create and effectively communicate product vision, goals, and progress. + Identify and mitigate potential risks/challenges that may impact product success + Support escalation of data and reporting issues, change management communications, and best practice sharing. + Work closely with Tech & Data teams to secure data accessibility at the right quality, establishing relevant data quality controls. Skills / Experience To be effective in role, the candidate needs to have relevant functional knowledge & experience with a strong background in data and analytics. This will include: Strong commercial and business understanding Strong data and analytics background Senior stakeholder management Successful Project management delivery Pharmacy sales / commercial team experience Experience working on complex data project / initiatives, that involve multiple change elements across people, policy, process, and technologyIn addition, experience of the following in a programme environment will be essential: Excellent data and analytical experience are essential and working on commercial, commercial data and reporting would be advantageous. Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills with all levels of the organization including senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and managing complexity.
