Multisite Customer Service Lead & Team Coach

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Lead to support multisite branches in Harrogate and Wetherby. The role blends frontline customer support and team leadership across branches and the contact centre, ensuring seamless service for face to face, phone and virtual interactions.

You will lead, coach and develop the branch team, promote the branch contribution plan, and represent the community with a focus on delivering excellent service across multiple channels.
