Job Description
Thai Chef
  • Preparing authentic Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, soups and grilled items.
  • Manages miseen place, food hygiene (HACCP), stock control and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Works to service standards during busy periods and supports menu development.
Korean Chef
  • Prepares Korean cuisine including BBQ, bibimbap, stews and side dishes.
  • Oversees marination, fermentation and sauce preparation to maintain authenticity.
  • Assists with menu planning and ensures efficient service during peak hours.
Japanese Chef
  • Prepares Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen and grilled items.
  • Supports menu innovation and smooth kitchen operations during service.
Continental Chef
  • Prepares European/Continental dishes including steaks, pasta, seafood and sauces.
  • Manages food preparation, plating and quality control.
Pastry Chef
  • Prepares desserts, cakes, pastry.
