Job Description
Thai Chef 
- Preparing authentic Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, soups and grilled items.
- Manages miseen place, food hygiene (HACCP), stock control and kitchen cleanliness.
- Works to service standards during busy periods and supports menu development.
- Prepares Korean cuisine including BBQ, bibimbap, stews and side dishes.
- Oversees marination, fermentation and sauce preparation to maintain authenticity.
- Assists with menu planning and ensures efficient service during peak hours.
- Prepares Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen and grilled items.
- Supports menu innovation and smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Prepares European/Continental dishes including steaks, pasta, seafood and sauces.
- Manages food preparation, plating and quality control.
- Prepares desserts, cakes, pastry.
