Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance activities across a range of manufacturing and production machinery. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.

Non Negotiable Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
• Multi skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.

Essential Requirements

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding skills.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification as a minimum requirement.
• Experience working on manufacturing or production machinery.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK.
• Experience fault finding on PLC controlled equipment.
• Apprenticeship trained engineer.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability practices.
