Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well established manufacturing business in Kidderminster. This company is a recognised leader within its sector and continues to invest heavily in its people, equipment, and site infrastructure.
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance activities across a range of manufacturing and production machinery. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.

Non Negotiable Requirements- Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
- Multi skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding skills.
- Level 3 Electrical qualification as a minimum requirement.
- Experience working on manufacturing or production machinery.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast paced engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK.
- Experience fault finding on PLC controlled equipment.
- Apprenticeship trained engineer.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability practices.
- Salary up to £45,000.
