Mover /Driver/Crew Member / Laborer

Compensation: $14-$28 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

As a Junk Remover you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. You will greet clients with a smile, maintain eye contact, and engage in friendly small talk. You will serve as navigator, hauler, and assistant to the Truck Captain and work diligently to safely remove items from clients' homes, offices, and buildings. You are required to meet at the Trevose, PA office at the start of each shift.

• Look, act, and become a friendly college hunk - starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist) and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• Assist the Truck Captain by spotting for difficult truck maneuvers and backing up, completing paperwork, and navigating to and from the job and disposal sites.
• Keep track of and maintain order for all truck contents (tools, clipboards, paperwork, and safety equipment).
• Assist in completion of top 10% marketing activities.
• Distribute marketing material daily.
• Clean the truck at the end of the day.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Train to become a backup captain or possibly a Truck Captain.

Requirements

• MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
• MUST have reliable transportation to work.
• MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
