Vines of Guildford Motorrad is looking for aMotorcycle Accessories Advisor.

As our Motorrad Accessories Advisor, you'll play a key role across our Parts, Service and Sales departments-helping customers enhance their riding experience while supporting a premium brand. You'll deliver outstanding service, maximise accessory and rider-equipment sales, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect from BMW Motorrad.
Hours:42 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities- Creating confidence and delighting customers with exceptional service
- Maintaining visual standards across showrooms, service, and parts displays
- Promoting and managing ageing stock to reduce obsolescence
- Maximising sales of parts, accessories, rider equipment and value-added products
- Creating high-quality listings for our ecommerce platform and managing online enquiries
- Handling customer queries, identifying correct parts, and converting enquiries into sales
- Liaising with Sales Executives to support customer accessory and equipment needs
- Identifying marketing opportunities and supporting promotional activities
- Ensuring accurate stock control, documentation and payment security
- Supporting events, promotions, and off-site activities to drive incremental sales
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Strong communicator - in person, on the phone and in writing
- Good mechanical or electrical awareness of motorcycles
- Confidence with IT systems and ecommerce platforms
- Customer-focused with exceptional service skills
- Persuasive, proactive, and self-motivated
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Curious, enthusiastic and driven
- A great listener with a positive, team-oriented attitude
