Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer of Motor Vehicles to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture Motor Vehicles team on a permanent, full time basis.
Lecturer in Motor VehiclesThis full time Lecturer in Motor Vehicles Role at Berkshire College of Agriculture involves working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday and pays on the Academic Teaching pay scale T1 - £31,133 - T11 - £44,841. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at delivering high quality education and training in motor vehicle studies.
The main responsibility is to facilitate student learning through effective teaching and assessment, ensuring that students achieve their educational goals. This involves the management of teaching programmes, regular assessment of student progress, and maintaining high standards of discipline and morale both inside and outside the classroom. The lecturer is expected to monitor and record student progress and interventions and keep abreast of developments in the professional field through continuous learning and engagement with the industry.
The successful candidate will need relevant professional qualifications, recent industry experience, and ideally, experience in teaching and course development.
