Job Description

As a Motor Claims NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:

• Advise clients on motor crime cases, including driving offences and regulatory breaches.
• Prepare and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Provide legal opinions and risk assessments related to motor crime cases.
• Keep clients informed of case progress and provide clear, concise communication.
• Contribute to the firm's legal knowledge base by sharing insights and updates.
• Assist in business development by building and maintaining client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

• A successful Motor Crimes NQ/Solicitor should be a qualified solicitor. Our client is open to candidates on a re-train basis.
