Mobile Phone Technician

Responsibilities

• Understand how smart gadgets work and diagnose, test faults and repair - preferred background in radio or consumer electronics.
• Proficiently operate computers to fix software or system issues, recover, downgrade or upgrade the OS, and unlock phones.
• Replace and repair phone parts such as LCD touchscreen, camera, earpiece, charging port, mic, etc.
• Fix basic motherboard problems; possess good soldering skills for chip and parts soldering.
• Commit to the job, learn quickly, work hard, and be able to work independently and in a team.
• Greet visitors to the store, serve customers, and actively take advantage of all sales opportunities, including up selling and cross selling where appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty at all times.
• Collect information for purchasing new products.
• Perform other duties as assigned to improve branch performance.

Qualifications and Experience

It is preferable if you have previous experience in a similar position.
