Head of Online Delivery & Operations

Sainsbury's is seeking a Lead Online Manager to lead a small team of managers and drive the online delivery operation. You will take accountability for every delivery, ensuring on-time accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You'll analyse KPI data, maintain compliance with processes, and work with the store leadership team to plan for key trading events. Overnight shift requirements and people management are core parts of the role.
