Overview 
CNC Mazak Programmer/Setter - 5 Axis (Shift Role)
Location: Birmingham area
Salary: £18-£22 per hour (including shift allowance, depending on experience)

Responsibilities- Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC machines (Mazatrol control)
- Produce high-precision components to extremely tight tolerances
- Work with advanced materials, including ceramics
- Maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and optimise machining operations
- Proven experience in Mazak CNC programming and setting (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong experience with 5-axis Mazak milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest quality
- Experience machining ceramics or metals to fine tolerances
- Competitive pay (£18-£22 per hour, including shift allowance)
