Marketing Operations Associate (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot)

iO Associates is working with a global financial services firm supporting high-value transactions across sectors and regions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Associate to support EMEA marketing initiatives and global campaigns.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimise email marketing operations, campaign reporting, and platform administration, while working closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage platform workflows, automation rules, dynamic segmentation, and performance dashboards.

• Administer and maintain Marketing Cloud/Pardot to ensure campaign accuracy and data stability.

• Support cross-functional teams with newsletters, event communications, and web updates.

• Analyse campaign results and provide data-led insights for optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of email marketing or marketing operations experience.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Pardot/Marketing Cloud (certification a plus).

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reporting) and attention to detail.
