Aufgaben

About the job

In this dynamic and international role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing CEEAN. The position serves as a key link between global and market-level operations, offering a diverse range of responsibilities across multiple functions. While the primary location is Triesen, the role can also be performed from other locations, including Austria, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Türkiye and Czech Republic.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring continuity in key processes such as Visual Merchandising, Marketing Controlling and CRM support across Central Eastern Europe, Africa, and Nordics.
  • Adapting global Visual Merchandising guidelines to meet local market requirements and overseeing related logistics and visual production.
  • Managing store allocation files and forecast VM materials to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
  • Leading the monthly Marketing rolling forecast and reviewing process.
  • Assisting in the creation and dispatch of newsletters, ensuring alignment with CRM strategies and timelines.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs, ensuring data accuracy, and providing responsive support to stakeholders and cluster teams.

Profil

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in marketing operations or a visual merchandising role.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising production workflows and logistics
  • Familiarity with CRM operations, including gift shipment coordination and newsletter processes.
  • Strong command of Excel and Anaplan; InDesign would be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret and apply global guidelines to local market needs.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) for cross-regional communication and collaboration.
