Marketing Manager (Ireland) - Location: Dublin, Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market expansion for the Celltrion portfolio. This role is responsible for product positioning, market intelligence, and cross functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in launching and managing brands in competitive markets.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead product launches and lifecycle management
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing tools and training materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
  • Plan and execute marketing activities including digital campaigns, congresses, and symposia
  • Liaise with global and regional marketing teams
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 15+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Led strategic brand planning and execution across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Hands on experience in domestic (Irish) market environment, preferably biosimilar markets
  • Proven track record on product launches, portfolio management, and lifecycle management
  • Managed end to end launch planning: messaging, positioning, promotional tools, and cross functional alignment
  • Collaborated with medical, regulatory, and sales teams for successful product rollouts
  • Managed phase out strategies or brand transitions at different stages of a brand lifecycle
  • Strong market and competitive analysis background
  • Identified market opportunities through data driven insights
  • Developed targeted strategies based on segmentation and unmet needs
  • Stakeholder and KOL engagement
  • Built and maintained relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Created meaningful patient organization relationships and campaigns
  • Organized advisory boards, symposia, and scientific conferences
  • PR campaign experience
  • Experience in digital and multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Executed omnichannel strategies including CRM, digital content, and virtual engagements
  • Tracked KPIs to continuously optimize campaign performance
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
  • Fully conversant in Medicines Ireland Code of Conduct
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promomats and Salesforce applications (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of computer based programs including Excel (spreadsheets) and Power Point (slide presentations) essential
  • Preferred skillset in use of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
  • Sound scientific knowledge and ability to understand complex markets
  • Relevant scientific background in Immunology is desirable but not essential
  • Tertiary qualification in business (marketing) and/or science related field desirable
EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication.
